Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date (like the optimal window for transplanting young Amelanchier)
  • Condition: Items must be in original, resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact (as pristine as our Betulifolia shipments)
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
Note on Live Plants: Due to the delicate nature of our botanical specimens (particularly rare cultivars like Anagyroides and Anisatum), live plants are final sale unless damaged in transit. Please inspect immediately upon delivery.

Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: Our horticultural support team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Carefully: Use original packaging when possible (treat as carefully as our temperature-controlled shipments)
  4. Ship Returns: Send to our Rocky Mount nursery via tracked mail (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (with the same attention we give new Abelia acquisitions):

Exchange Process

For exchanges (to swap for another specimen from our Acer or Azalea collections, for example):

Non-Returnable Items

If your Albizia arrives wilted or you receive an Abies instead of your ordered Aesculus:
